Vancouver Quadra NDP - Convention Delegate Selection Meeting

The NDP Convention 2026 is coming in a few short months, and we hope you’ll join the Vancouver Quadra team in Winnipeg!

This year’s convention is from March 27-29, 2026 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are now beginning the process of selecting delegates who will attend on behalf of Vancouver Quadra. Additional information can be found on the convention website (convention.ndp.ca)

The NDP - like other political parties - holds regular conventions where delegates come together to help shape party policy, participate in training, and meet other New Democrats. This year’s convention is especially significant as it includes the selection of our next federal leader. You can read more about the NDP leadership contestants on their website.

To select Vancouver Quadra’s delegates, we will be holding an in-person delegate selection meeting on Saturday, January 10 at 2:00pm.

After delegate selection, we will discuss resolution proposals from our Electoral District Association (EDA) - so if you like constitutional, governance, or policy conversations, this part’s for you!
